Since framing and rythm are very important to my pictural researches, I am naturally inclined to be interested in reflexions. Sometimes, the landscape is reflected through the glass of the buildings, on other times, it’s the contemporary architecture itself, in all its compexity and reflexions that is shown, just like in my recent painting « The AXA building ». Using those reflexions in my compositions permits me some greater liberty and more abstract framings, where the colour and the lines can play the leading part.
